We do hybrid events
The hybrid event is a nod to those who cannot attend the event in person. It also allows us to invite any number of guests, as we are then not bound by space limitations. So, since we had no limits, we prepared a conference for 350 people!
Task of the agency
We are a team for special tasks and ekpresence! In ten working days, we organized a two-day conference for 350 people from the IT department and UPC business partners.
Official part
The conference was held in a hybrid mode, stationary at the Mazurkas Hotel and via an online platform.
At the venue, we prepared an area where the official part took place, a networking zone and an exhibition space where partners could present their products and technological solutions to support IT work.
Evening part
The conference part was followed by an evening party with a DJ, where the most popular attraction was a photo booth.
We are not afraid of challenges
The challenge was to bring 350 people from all over Poland in different transports at one time. The bottleneck was the reception desk because we took everyone’s temperature, collected Covid statements, checked certificates, issued badges, wristbands and handed out gift packs. To avoid crowding and improve guest registration, we built a 12-meter reception counter with 12 desks.
