Through our bespoke ‘PURE 90’ concept—rooted in the symbolism of white and transparency—we provided an end-to-end solution: from unique visual identity and advanced stage production to a personalised integration programme, building a profound emotional connection between the team and the brand’s values.

The Brief & Challegnes

The agency was entrusted with the end-to-end delivery of a three-day internal event, transforming Chiesi’s 90th anniversary into a cutting-edge experience that unified the team. The client sought a fresh, engaging concept to align their established motto, “Lead. Inspire. Change.”, with the milestone anniversary and their commitment to sustainable development (B Corp).

Creative Foundation

PURE 90 We adopted a white-themed aesthetic to symbolise purity of intent, innovation, and transparency. The spaces of Folwark Łochów were transformed into a minimalist world, dominated by futuristic scenography featuring hexagonal motifs and dynamic lighting. Every detail, from custom animations on a 12x4m LED screen to branded value installations, was meticulously aligned with the anniversary theme.

Digital First: Event App & QR Systems

We implemented advanced digital tools to ensure a VIP-standard attendee experience:

  • Bespoke Event App: Used for registration, workshop selection, and real-time communication via push notifications.
  • QR Code ID System: Streamlined the check-in process and added a professional, high-tech touch to the event.
  • Video Production: We produced dedicated thematic films, including a 90-second historical timeline that served as the emotional centrepiece of the gala dinner.
