Unforgettable Gala
The 3rd Housing Congress was the most important event of 2016 for the housing market. It was attended by representatives of all major areas of the real estate market, representatives of the Ministry of Infrastructure and Construction, Development, Energa, Governors and Presidents of Cities, Presidents of Developers and Presidents of companies operating in the area of the entire housing market.

Organizer
The organizers of this unique event were the Polish Association of Developer Companies (PZFD) – an organization of 144 of the largest and most reliable Developers in the country – and the Warsaw School of Economics (SGH). The meeting was held at the Congress Center at the Centennial Hall in Wroclaw.

Challenge accepted! Creative Answer faced a major challenge in organizing a well-known business event in a completely new format. Once the unique concept of the event was ready, we began organizational and logistical work, such as acquiring business partners for the event, building a communication strategy, planning offline and online media to promote the event, inviting guests (running the Congress Office), acquiring content patrons, handling PR, full organization and logistics of the event.
Gala, Warhol & Sasnal
The Solemn Evening Gala is a unique event that required an appropriate setting, which is why we held it at the newly opened Museum of Contemporary Art in Wroclaw. The gala was attended by nearly 300 Guests who participated in a night tour of the Museum’s exhibitions including. Andy Warhol’s collection and Wilhem Sasnal’s collection.
Let's remember culture
We also managed to involve the client in a unique cultural project. The Polish Association of Real Estate Developers, on behalf of its member companies, has assumed patronage of the conservation of a historic book from the 17th century, the Sztambuch of Wroclaw’s masonry and stonemasonry journeymen.
Creative Answer was responsible for the comprehensive organization of the event, acquiring business partners and media patrons.
